My love for cooking began in the 90’s in New York City. It was there working with many kitchens and experienced chefs my life changed…

My passion for food came in 1990 working for China Grill American Restaurant with Chef Jose Luis Flores, who taught how to make desserts. From there my career took off. Chef Luis and I decided to team up and join with Patria Restaurant, where I would later meet my mentor. I worked side-by-side with chef Doug-Las Rodruigiez and Chef Andreu Dicataldo who taught me everything I know today.


I’ll start by saying I don’t normally leave reviews but after my amazing experience at this fine establishment it felt like an absolute must. Our experience here was remarkable from start to finish. Very professional and sophisticated staff greet you at the door and explain the menu items in full detail that make it hard to choose just one entree. We had the Tabla VIP which is a steak lovers dream. All different types of meats and cuts grilled perfectly to our liking, I even asked the waiter to give my compliments to the chef. We finished our night with a hot espresso that ended our dinner just right. Can’t wait to go back.
